Refund policy
Refunds are only provided in cases where the product is received in a faulty, non-functional condition, or if the wrong size or item was sent. Once the returned item is received and verified by our team, a refund will be processed within 2-7 business days.
For all other cases, goods once sold are not eligible for a refund. They may only be exchanged for a replacement item or a store credit note, provided the request meets our applicable terms and conditions. The store credit note will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please note that original shipping charges and duties are non-refundable.
An item is considered faulty only if:

It is delivered in a damaged condition

It is not as per the order placed

It is non-functional or of incorrect size
Items that show signs of normal wear and tear or natural depreciation over time will not be considered faulty. If a replacement for the same product and size is unavailable, we will offer a repair, or a suitable alternative based on stock availability.
We strive to ensure all product details including colour, appearance, and configuration are displayed as accurately as possible on our website. However, due to variations in monitor displays and resolution, the actual product may slightly differ from what you see on screen.

Returns window
Eligible items must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged. Please return items in their original condition with packaging materials.
